The place was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen set-up was great. Our group of 6 were very comfortable with most having their own bedroom. Communication with the host was easy. NOTE: If you have more cars than the driveway holds pay close attention to the on-street parking rules/days, they do issue tickets.

Lucked out with early check in as we had 4:30 rehearsal dinner to make. Fit our needs perfect, 12 guys dressed for wedding on Saturday, while eating sandwiches and watching Ryder Cup on big screen televisions in kitchen and living room. Nick is the best and very responsive to questions.

We stayed for 4 nights with 5 adult couples. I will start with the positives - amazing location, just a few minutes walk to the heart of Broadway. The place was also very clean and updates have been made to the unit. The TV room and kitchen are great for hanging out! There are also nice appliances, and the bathrooms are nice
On a negative note, the listing should emphasize the layout of the unit. It's one super long floor. It almost feels like an old dentist office. The master bedroom shares walls with two other bedrooms, which have been blocked off by curtains and glass doors Truly, they should only rent this as a 2 bedroom as there are only 2 rooms that I would deem as "private." There is a completely OPEN stairwell that could lead you right to the front door of the law office. You can see the front door when you're walking around upstairs. VRBO should require they install a wall and door for privacy. It's a bit unsettling when you first enter and feel exposed. I think part of renting a VRBO space is that is entirely private and secure, unless you explicitly state the setup and let it be known that this is more or less a shared space. I understand that no one should be using those stairs, but the possibility still remains. Fortunately, the common spaces are far away from this stairwell, so no concerns there. Lastly, important to note that the bunk room is very small. No bigger than a large closet and the bunks are small for an adult. Would be OK for kids!
