○ Dogs must be leashed at all times out front of the property and waste must be bagged and disposed in the trash. Guests will be charged an additional pet fee in the event the dog waste is left in the yard after check out.
○ No pets on furniture. Guests will be charged an additional pet fee in the event that evidence of pets on the furniture is found after check out.
○Limit of 1 pet per stay. Additional pets may be allowed with prior approval and will incur an extra pet fee.
○ No shoes inside
○ No parties or extra guests. Guests will be charged the full extra guest fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

Lovely house with all the amenities of home. Very clean and beautifully set up. This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a rental. The host was accommodating and quick to respond, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The home is very nicely decorated and in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store. My teenage son loved the gaming console in the basement! A few minor things could be implemented to improve the guest experience: body wash and shampoo provided in bathrooms was great and not expected, but bottles were mostly empty - might want to restock; it was odd there were no paper towels in the kitchen- not looking for a fully stocked kitchen, but all rentals we have stayed in before usually have a starter supply which is a nice convenience; and while it was not overly strong, you can tell this is pet friendly property when you enter the home- a bit of an odor, might want to replace area rugs that could have been subject to pet accidents from prior visitors.
