About this apartment rental

Welcome to 588 Demere Road, a completely renovated building on the south end of Saint Simons. This unique property has undergone a 100% renovation from top to bottom with care furnished in cool, coastal colors and classic design, ensuring every detail contributes to a comfortable and stylish stay.

This property is the perfect option to accommodate a large group yet afford privacy as you have the entire building which has 3 separate properties. Altogether they include 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and 3 living areas! Two of the condominiums are on the ground level, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The third and largest is on the top level with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each has its own outdoor living area complete with grill  and lush landscaping all around the property Everyone has their own space to retreat to when some separate time is needed.

The top floor layout maximizes both form and function, featuring an open-concept design that encourages both relaxation and socializing. The large kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of counter space, including a statement waterfall kitchen island with seating for four. The formal dining area has a long table with comfortable seating for 8 - perfect for a family meal or for game night!  The living room area has a comfy L-shaped couch and an oversized flat screen TV – perfect for movie nights. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck overlooking the beautiful landscaping.

The primary suite is spacious, featuring a vaulted ceiling, king size bed, and sitting area. The attention to detail in the renovation shows in the modern luxury features like the dimmable light feature in the ceiling beams. The en-suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower equipped with a luxurious rain shower head, and the walk in closet provides ample space to keep your stay organized. The two guest bedrooms are on the other side of the condo each with a queen bed . Each has it's own full bathroom, one is en-suite and the other is right next to the bedroom, accessible from the hallway.

Entry into the two ground level condominiums is through a common front door which then has access to each property. You enter straight into the living area with a 65 inch television and comfy seating, perfect for a relaxing evening. The adjacent kitchen is proof that even in smaller spaces, you can enjoy the luxury of cooking with the finest tools. One side has a King and Queen bed and the other has a King and 2 Twins.

Each bedroom has a television with streaming services available to you.

The location of this property is well within walking distance to the beach or the village is less than 1/2 mile to many of the shops and restaurants that St. Simons is so well noted for. You can leave the car at home!

This property was perfect for multiple families with small children. There was a sizable common area in the upstairs unit, but it was helpful for each family to also have their own separate unit.

We were on the island for a work trip and had a great time on property. Plenty of space, very clean, and within walking distance of a lot of great places. Would highly recommend!
