About this house rental
Discover the perfect getaway between Caseville and Port Austin in this charming 3-bedroom lakefront home. Nestled along a pristine sandy beach, this inviting retreat offers a cozy and spacious environment for families and friends. Enjoy breathtaking lake views, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living spaces. Spend your days on the sandy shore or exploring nearby attractions. This idyllic beach house promises a relaxing and memorable vacation experience.
The beach access is private to the home, however, public is allowed to travel along the shoreline. The highest point the water hits at hide tide is not able to be owned by anyone so you may see people from neighboring houses taking a stroll on the beach.
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Ideal location on the water. Ample space, well stocked kitchen. Having onsite washer and dryer was incredible.
Even with a power outage it was the perfect place to stay. Only complaint air conditioning consisted of one window unit so it got a bit muggy on the warmer days, but otherwise fantastic.
