My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The hosts are fantastic. The suites own wifi was always working, the beach view is amazing, water pressure was great and there was always hot water. This stay is at an older, quiet resort where we could always find chairs at the beach. If you enjoy somewhere small, not overly populated, then this is for you! The peahens and peacocks were one of our favourite parts. We noticed it was mostly Mexican people staying there, which was nice.
Next door there is a place where excursions depart from, as well as the ferry to Isla Mujeres. There is also an OXXO 5 mins walk away for if you need snacks. Bus stop is right next door. Uber taxi’s pick up close by.

Loved it! We had a better beach then some high end resorts, it’s had a white sand part and clear waters not rocky. The ferry for isla Mujeres UltraMar is right next to the hotel, hotel has an optional buffet bracelet nice when your going to be swimming, excellent view, its own Cancún sign, the bus picks you up right infront, security was on it, felt very safe, and total communication with owner was amazing.

Our stay was fantastic. Everything went smoothly and the place has a gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. The hosts provided everything needed for a great stay. Fast internet, smart TV, beach towels, bathroom essentials, water and coffee. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here our next trip to Cancun.

Ocean view right there! Great WIFI for working. Luis and Rosy are AMAZING!!!! Would stay again for a vacation for sure! Close to everything. Peacocks all over the grounds so beautiful.
