This spacious apartment is part of a small-scale residence in the cozy village of Brixen im Thale. It is on the first floor and consists of a large living/dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, ample cozy seating and dining area, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. At the rear, you have a spacious, sunny balcony with a seating area and great views of the Kitzbühel Alps. There are two parking spaces, including one under a carport
This centrally located apartment is very convenient to the ski area. The ski bus stops practically in front of the door at approximately 100m. The valley descent (Tanzerabfahrt) comes out on the opposite side of the apartment. The nearest ski lift is approximately 1.3 km away and connects to the Wilderkaiser-Brixental ski area. Restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

In summer, the Wilderkaiser-Brixental is a beautiful hiking and mountain biking area. Visitors can enjoy the breathtaking scenery thanks to an extensive network of hiking trails and mountain paths. An absolute highlight is the Filzalmsee, a picturesque mountain lake accessible by an easy hike and perfect for resting. In Brixen im Thale, a swimming lake surrounded by green meadows is popular with swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sun. In short, it is a top location in both winter and summer!
