This wonderful ranch style home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood in North Eastham.
Enter the front door into the spacious living room with an oversized flat screen television. There is also a full, well-stocked kitchen, separate dining area, full bathroom with tub, master bedroom with queen bed and including master bathroom, one guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another guest bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds.
There is a great deck off the dining room with seating and dining table leading to the back yard. Enjoy an afternoon barbeque, relax in the hammock, or toast marshmallows around the fire pit in the evening.
The washer and dryer are located in the big, open basement. Tenants may use the garage. Owners personal belongings are not for tenant's use.
Location: The closest beach is Cooks Brook Beach on the bayside of the Cape less than a mile away. This home is only .8 of a mile from the Cape Cod Rail Trail via Nauset Road and using the set of traffic lights to cross Route 6. It is 2.7 miles from Nauset Light Beach and 3.7 miles from Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side of the Cape. Orleans center is approximately 6.6 miles away, Eastham Windmill Village Green is about 3.2 miles away, Wiley Park, which is the back side of Great Pond is about 2.6 miles away, and the Wellfleet Drive-in, Cinemas and Flea Market is about 1.8 miles away.

The property was average in house size and deck size. The layout was not as open as we have had in other rentals. Otherwise it had all that we needed, was clean and ok.

Very dated. Needs some sprucing up. Hot water never really hot. We had to time our showers so we could all have at least a lukewarm shower. Keys should be changed to code entry locks for renter convenience. Windows and roof are filthy. Tiny bathrooms. On the plus side the location is wonderful and quiet. Kitchen is spacious but had ants on the counters if anything was left out We really appreciated the nice beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards.
