Approximately 300 meters from the beach and 600 meters from shops and amenities (with direct access to the cycle path), this 1950s holiday home features a private, secluded garden.
An entrance hall leads to the main room, which is divided into two areas by a glass door: a living area (sofa, coffee table, TV) and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (extractor hood, induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment) with a dining area (table, benches). Wi-Fi access is available.
Bedroom 1: One double bed (140 cm) and one single bed (90 cm) + wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: One double bed (140 cm) + wardrobe.
A shower room with double vanity unit and separate WC.
The kitchen opens onto the pleasant garden at the rear of the house (terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue). PLEASE NOTE: There is no private parking. Parking is available on the adjacent streets.
