Pied de Chaume district, halfway between the shops and the seaside, recently renovated 80m² single-storey house comprising: an entrance hall, a living room (table, chairs, sofa, flat-screen TV), a separate fitted kitchen (table, chairs, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, fridge with freezer section and dishwasher).

A hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms, the shower room and a separate toilet.
Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140) + a dressing room-type piece of furniture.
From the kitchen, you can access the pleasant terrace located at the back of the house with its garden and relaxation furniture + charcoal barbecue and awning.
