Just 300 meters from the beautiful Dunes beach, in a small residential complex, this two-bedroom house with a mezzanine comprises a living/dining room (sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV + DVD player) and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (3 gas burners + 1 electric burner, multi-function microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer).
A hallway leads to a bedroom, a separate toilet, and a shower room (vanity unit + shower).
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): double bed (160cm) + wardrobe.
UPSTAIR: a mezzanine overlooking the living room with a sofa bed and a chest of drawers.
A second bedroom: two single beds (90cm) and one bunk bed (2 x 90cm).
The living area opens onto a lovely wooden terrace (garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue) with an outdoor shower.
A garage for storing bicycles. Private parking in front of the house.
You'll appreciate: the comfort and amenities of the house, the tranquility of a small residence, the pleasant terrace for al fresco dining, and especially the proximity to Dunes Beach (just 300m away).
Pets are welcome. Sheets and linens are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
