Ideally located 400m from La Parée beach and 1.5km from the village center, this charming single-story country house features an enclosed garden.
It comprises a living room with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher), a dining area (table, chairs), and a relaxation area (sofa and flat-screen TV). Wi-Fi access is available.
A hallway (with a closet) leads to the three bedrooms, the bathroom (shower, sink), and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 1: one double bed (140cm) + storage.
Bedroom 2: one double bed (140cm) + wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: one double bed (140cm).
A garage with a washing machine and bicycle storage area.
An enclosed garden with a paved south-facing terrace (garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, and two awnings). Parking is available on the property or in the public parking lot next to the house.
