Nice size room with very comfortable bed beautiful bathroom and shower. The restaurant downstairs is upscale and we didn’t eat there for dinner, but they seem to have a problem with staff because we had to wait a long time. What this is missing is a coffee shop or a place to get coffee and a bagel first thing in the morning you don’t always wanna go have bacon and eggs. The landscaping and the outdoor as well as the more casual velocity restaurant is beautiful really worth the time there we enjoyed it.

The hotel has a great location, easy to access. Amenities are great, good options for a.place to sit and have a relaxing drink.
Rooms are spacious. No complaints.

Overpriced - I travel monthly to Campbell River for two weeks but find the prices too high, spring a facility charge in us unexpectedly when all we did was book our stay to use the room
Cleanliness - one day we came in the toilet seat was up ???, another day we found garbage behind the garbage can in the bathroom
Parking - could use a valet service due to the distance of the overflow
Staff- not friendly (other than the doorman who was awesome) difficulty in communication due to language barrier, asked for a receipt for our stay but wouldn’t give us one??? Not physically not by email??? Still trying to retrieve this
All bathrooms should have a bar to hold on to in the shower.
