Sunny was great to meet us at the arranged time, and very flexible for our needs. The unit was well equipped, comfortable beds and living room, and well equipped kitchen for our requirements. I appreciated no strong fragrances or air fresheners as I have sensitivities to such. It was very quiet the night we were there so appreciated the good sleep. Having two bathrooms was also a bonus. Everything worked.
There were a few minor areas that could use a better cleaning. However the main important areas were sparking clean, the bath, toilets, and sinks, kitchen and floors.

Handy and secure location with a direct view of the river. Spacious apartment with big fridge freezer and decent kitchen, although there is no oven. The small personal sauna in the apartment is an unusual treat. Sunny is charming.
The sound that carries through the building from the floors above is ridiculous. This was put down to it being a “wooden structure.” The noise was an issue in the early mornings for us as there were kids staying in the apartment above and we like to lie in a bit when we are on vacation.
However, the much bigger issue for me was the layer of thick dust on everything (see pics). The apartment appeared to be clean but it was not, and the dust triggered my allergies for the duration of the stay.
