The host’s communication could be improved. The key box mentioned in the email did not match the actual one (there were three by the entrance door), which caused some confusion at check-in. The property itself was fine and included an extra foldable couch, but no additional bedding or blankets were provided. I also had to request the WiFi details separately, as they were not included in the welcome email.
Unfortunately, at 6 a.m., the downstairs neighbor knocked on the door while I was getting ready for the airport, and demanded that I open it, when I aksed why she got annoyed and told me to be quiet. Excuse me but it’s not my problem that the apartment has 0 floor insulation. I was not dancing or jumping on the floor. Just showering and flushing the toilet. Overall it could be better.
