About this apartment rental
Apartment with silent reversible air conditioning (heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment, 1 in the bedroom, 1 in the living room).
A large living room with 1 modular 3-seater sofa (possibility of making a meridian and retractable bed 160x200, television, Hi-Fi system, 1 bar and 4 stools, a fully equipped kitchen (oven with cold door, ceramic hob, crockery, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils for cooking what you want, basic products (if the previous tenants have not taken everything), ...
A child's bedroom with 3 beds: bunk beds (90X 200) + 1 trundle bed (80x190).
Umbrella bed also available for babies, as well as a high chair, and a potty on request
A bathroom with shower, wc, sink.
A 30m2 terrace (including 10m2 covered): a table for lunch, 6 chairs, 4 deckchairs, garden furniture (2 benches, 2 armchairs and 1 coffee table, 1 gas barbecue and 2 clothes dryers (it's not sexy , but it's handy!! lol)
Sheets, bath and beach towels available on site.
We do not offer a cleaning option (too many bad surprises in the past, sorry), we ask tenants to leave the apartment as clean as they arrive. On the other hand, we take care of washing the sheets, the towels (beach and bath) as well as the toechons.
And we take care of the disinfection of the whole apartment between 2 tenants with an anti covid product.
Ideally placed.
- 5 minutes walk from the beach (sand) of Agosta and an excellent restaurant "Le Rivoli".
- -10 minutes walk from local shops (Restaurants, ice cream parlor, grocery store (fruits & vegetables / local specialties), mini-market, pharmacy, newsagent, post office, hairdresser and beautician).
- Various activities in the surroundings (Jetski, parasailing, scuba diving, flyboard, kite-surfing, boat rental, canyoning, tree climbing, hiking, pony club, trapeze, etc.).
- 5 minutes by car: Many restaurants & shops in the city center of Porticcio.
- 20 minutes by car: Ajaccio airport.
- 30 minutes by car: Port of Ajaccio.
