Close to the sea (400 m), in the town of Albitreccia, near Porticcio, this pretty house with a sublime terrace with sea views can accommodate up to six people.
Five minutes walk from the large beach of Agosta, and 3 minutes by car from the shops (food, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, ...), this magnificent air-conditioned house, will offer you a splendid view of the peninsula of Isolella and the Sanguinaires Islands. It will allow you to enjoy a perfect stay on the island of beauty.
This 93 m² house, comprises:
• a very large and beautiful terrace with barbecue and sea view,
• a beautiful living room,
• a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine that can be closed with curtains,
• two bedrooms with double bed,
• a bedroom with a single bed,
• a fully equipped semi-open kitchen: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob,
• a bathroom with shower, separate toilet
• a washing machine,
• vacuum cleaner, stick vacuum cleaner
• ironing facilities,
