It is located only 27 km from Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, but at the same time in a context of nature and sea. It is a place to combine a relaxing holiday and an active holiday or even make a business trip into a mini-vacation.
The apartment offers a large veranda with a splendid view of the sparkling sea of Sardinia, framed by palm trees and the island of San Macario with the ancient Spanish tower, in the distance the tourist port of Perd'è Sali. Before being kissed by the sun you can dive into the crystal clear water under the house, directly from the street.
The mixed pebble / sand beach is about 50 meters away. The day offers endless possibilities for excursions and activities before returning to dine in the moonlight, under a starry sky with a view of the night sea. It is also the ideal base for exploring all of Southern Sardinia and its magnificent beaches and landscapes.
The apartment offers space for 4 people: there are a double bed, a single bed which on request becomes a bunk bed in the anteroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.
It consists of a dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower; in the anteroom there is a single bed which can be transformed into a bunk bed on request.
The room offers a large fitted kitchen with gas stove, oven and fridge + freezer, a dining table and a sofa.
From the living room the large glass door opens onto the spacious veranda furnished with a dining table and 2 deck chairs as well as a barbecue to prepare delicious barbecues.
The house does not have private parking, but you can park for free on the street below the house.

Wir haben uns in unseren 12 Tagen rundum wohlgefühlt. Anna ist eine super liebe Gastgeberin, mit ganz viel Herz, dass sich auch in die Wohnung wiederspiegelt. Hier ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. TOP👍🏻. Highlight ist natürlich der grandiosen Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang. 🌅.

Wir haben zu dritt eine wundervolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Man kommt herein und fühlt sich sofort rundum wohl. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einmalig. Vielen Dank, liebe Anna, Sie waren eine tolle Gastgeberin.
