Amazing setting, very spacious room with a great view. Robert Tamers and brother are fantastic hosts, so kind. Only complaint is check-out time, 9:00am, ouch.

The Christophorus was a lovely place to stay. Comfortable, clean and warm with very friendly staff/owners and all in a great location right in the middle of the village and only a short walk to the nearest lift. The spa was very well equipped, but beware the bucket shower. Very "refreshing" after the sauna, but I defy anyone to not scream when you pull the chain. I was told off for making a noise, despite being the only one in the spa at the time...
One thing I will say is NOT to book through HomeAway. They were very unhelpful when I contacted them basically shrugged and gave me a "computer system won't let me do that" answer and that I should "contact the residence directly. What the hell am I paying for? Nothing as far as I can see, so just book directly with the residence and save yourself a few hundred quid for absolutely no service improvement whatsoever.
I would certainly stay in this place again and we are planning to return next year.
