Staff was wonderful, room was very clean. would stay here again, alittle bit out of the way but we loved the walking.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nivea Changmai. The staff was extremely attentive and sincere in trying to make my stay wonderful. The location is perfect and within a reasonable distance from everything. When visit Chiang Mai again, I would definitely consider this team again. Great job to each of you ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay here. We used GRAB to get to and from the airport and had most days scheduled with another tour company. We toured several temples , including a long day to the Whote, Blue and Red temples near Chiang Doa. The last day we did our laundry at the hotel which was convenient. Then we did the Yummy Thai Cooking Class on the other side of the town. We had to get our own transportation to the open market. But, the teaching about Thai food ingredients and the hands-on cooking clas were worth it.
The people at the hotel were exceptional. When I come back I will stay here.
