The Hotel was small.The room was very clean and comfortable but it was hot as no AC. The bathroom was very nice. Sure if I will return back to the same city I will book in the same hotel.

The positives: wonderful friendly staff; great location; ease of check-in/out; clean towels and great bathroom supplies; wonderful water pressure in shower; spacious modern room; nice quiet creekside location; good sound proofing; plenty of storage spaces/closets in unit; strong wifi signal; spa facilities available (but I didn't get a chance to use them); plenty of parking. Regional discount tourism pass. The hotel restaurant was wonderful. Lovely decor, breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices and the 5 course half/board meal was outstanding! The not so positives: rooms lacked wall decoration; floor plan was awkward—twin room had the balcony and bathroom was inside bedroom with double bed; shower area problematic for taller people due to angled ceiling; sheets on bed were a bit worn (beading); No English TV channels; no small frig or coffee/tea making supplies; curtains not room darkening; carpets were light colored and stained places; parking not very convenient. However there is closer free parking nearby. For the rate, the staff, the overall quality and the wonderful half board, I enjoyed my stay and would return if I am in the area.
