I absolutely loved my stay — the location, the beautiful surroundings, and the view from the rooftop apartment were just perfect. Everything was spotless and well thought out, with a fully equipped kitchen and every detail carefully taken care of. Hana was a wonderful host, and the neighborhood itself was lovely. كل شي ممتاز والمكان نظيف وكل شي موجود والمضيفه هانا ودوده ومتعاونه واي شي نستفسر عنه تجاوب على طول، و استخدام الغساله والنشافه والصابون مجاناً

كانت تجربتنا في سبورت شاليه ماريا ألم رائعة بكل المقاييس. يتميز الموقع بجماله وهدوئه، حيث تحيط به الطبيعة الساحرة، ويقع بالقرب من العديد من الأنشطة السياحية. الشقق كانت مجهزة بشكل ممتاز، نظيفة جدًا، وواسعة، وتحتوي على كل ما يحتاجه الزائر من أدوات ومرافق. المضيفة كانت في غاية الاحترام واللطف، وقد رحّبت بنا بحفاوة وساعدتنا في كل ما نحتاج إليه. من المميزات الجميلة أن الشاليه يوفر بطاقة Hochkönig، والتي تتيح الدخول المجاني أو المخفّض لعدد من الفعاليات والأنشطة السياحية في المنطقة، مما أضاف قيمة كبيرة لإقامتنا. كذلك، لاحظنا وجود دراجات في مواقف السيارات يمكن للنزلاء استخدامها – لفتة جميلة جداً لمحبي التجول في الهواء الطلق. ملاحظة مهمة: الشقق لا تحتوي على تكييف، ولكن لحسن الحظ صادفنا أجواء باردة وممطرة خلال فترة إقامتنا، فكان الطقس مثالياً ومناسباً جداً. بشكل عام، كانت تجربة مميزة، وأوصي بشدة بالإقامة فيه، خصوصًا لمن يبحث عن الهدوء، الطبيعة، والخدمة الممتازة

المنطقه هاديه وجميله قريبه من كابرون وزيلمسي 20 دقيقه شقتنا كانت عباره عن غرفه فيها سرير كبير وسريرين طابقين وصاله ومطبخ وطاولة طعام وبلكونه اولا الامان عالي والدخول ذاتي وسريع ترسلكم ايميل فيه الرقم السري للصندوق ثانيا الموقع ممتاز قريب من السنتر والمنطقه هاديه ثالثا النظافه ممتازه والاثاث مرتب رابعا تعطيكم بطاقة صيفيه لفعاليات ماريا الم وسالفلدين في الطابق الارضي فيه غرفة غسيل تستخدمونها مجانا وفي صالة رياضية المبنى كبير وجميل ومتوفر فيه مصافط للسياره صاحبة المكان موجوده وتقدرون تكلمونها اي وقت

للأسف مافيه تكييف خصوصا وقت الظهر حررر اشوا انه اخر الليل براااد مادري اذا يوفرون مراوح مافي خدمة تنظيف الغرفه كانت ضيقه نوعا ما فاخذوا اللي غرفتين افضل للعوايل بس بشكل عام المكان جميل وانصح فيه

Ein Spiegel im Gym wäre gut damit man sehen kann ob die Ausführungen passen.

Wir waren über Ostern in dem Sport Chalet. Es waren nur ein paar Tage, aber wir würden die Unterkunftauf jeden Fall weit

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauna und Fitnessraum sind vorhanden und wurden von uns auch genutzt. Die Vermieterin sehr sehr nett. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

++++: First of all let me say that this place was spotless when we arrived. Everything from the bathroom to the kitchen, including all the kitchen utensils and the fridge were super clean. The house is perfect for skiers. Individual lockers for skis and ski boot warmers in the basement. Small gym plus an also super tidy sauna room (you can book one hour slots for free). Two washing machines plus two dryers at everyone’s disposal. It is a 5 mins walk to one of the little tow lifts that brings you right to Natrunbahn. Bread service in the morning. Very polite and helpful owners. - if you have a high car or a roof box chances are you have to park outside since the garage ceiling is rather low, however there is plenty of parking outside the house. -If you are a light sleeper keep in mind that the building is right next to the street. All in all this is a superb place to stay for families or groups of skiers with good value for money. would definitely book again.

Perfect base for families and fitness/sport-oriented guests

As a family, we really liked Hanna's place. It's very clean, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi connection and comfortable beds. The gym is really nice and is clearly put together by a person who knows how to use the stuff -- actually, one of the best 'hotel' gyms I've used. Hanna's hospitality was above&beyond our wishes, and we felt truly welcome. With Hochkönig card included, this place is an excellent base to explore the Hochkönig area in summer. Maria Alm itself is a wonderful place and clearly stands out among other villages around, including Zell am See.
