8.4 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Check-in experience was below par from what would be expected from hotel. We checked in and were given our door keys, we were told we were on the 2nd floor. It was disappointing that none of the following were explained to us and views were poor.
The spa facilities and on what level.
The classes available and how to book.
Where the classes took place.
Where breakfast would be available.
Where the pools were.
No information given about check out time.
First time I have been to a hotel and checked in and not been given any information about the facilities. Very disappointing start.
On check-out they tried to charge the full room costs for the three nights full well knowing that I had paid in full. They corrected that and they tried charging us an additional 120USD for a touchless spa experience which we never booked. Finally, I will contact Agoda about taxes as they have charged me 3 times for resort taxes and fees. Which I thought I had paid for apart from a resort fee which was due at hotel.
Overall, hotel experience was below average for a good hotel.

It would be better to have a sunshine room also if the bed room had a door could be much better. The booking we had for 1 bed room which is showing a door in the booking page but got a room without it. Hope we can get what we paid for. The facilities are good and staffs are helpful. Location is perfect with grocery and pharmacy around. Beach is good and clean. Except the altantic pool which is adult only , our kids just want to see the rooftop view without intention to the pool the staff there insist to get us out of rooftop even we told him the situation.

Great location. Hydrotherapy circuit was relaxing and invigorating. Had the best Himalayan salt massage.
5.2 / 10·Jul 2024
Unfortunately the beds did not work, spa staff was rude and every part of the “resort” closes by 5-7pm. We also had fire drills every 20 minutes for an hour at 9am.
However, the daytime staff and the main pool staff were above and beyond accommodating also the private beach was clean.
Overall, I would not recommend at all.
