    We stayed at Belcekiz Beach Hotel for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel's biggest strengths are definitely its location and facilities. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach and close to everything in Ölüdeniz. The pools, grounds, and overall facilities are well-maintained and provide a relaxing atmosphere. The food was also good for an all-inclusive property. The staff working at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the snack bars were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Their service was one of the highlights of the hotel. That said, there are several areas where improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience and easily bring this hotel closer to a 4.8/5 rating. The main issue was communication. Upon arrival, we presented our passports, but the reception team initially could not find our reservation. After some confusion, they realized they were checking information from my Schengen visa instead of my actual passport details. Once the reservation was found, we were simply handed the room keys and an information sheet without any explanation of the hotel's facilities and services. As a result, we were never informed that complimentary beach access, including sunbeds and umbrellas, was included with our stay. Unfortunately, this led us to pay additional fees on the beach unnecessarily. Communication around the pool area was also challenging. We simply wanted two sunbeds next to each other, but it took three different staff members before our request was understood due to language barriers. Another disappointment was having to pay extra to use the room safe. Charging approximately £1.50 per day for a safe feels unnecessary, especially at an all-inclusive hotel where guests have already paid a substantial amount for their stay. I would also strongly recommend that the hotel creates a simple map of the property. We only discovered on our final day that there was a quieter, more relaxing pool area hidden away from the main pool. Without clear directions or a map, many guests may never find it. Overall, Belcekiz Beach Hotel offers an excellent location, very good facilities, and enjoyable food. With better guest communication, clearer orientation upon arrival, and a few policy improvements, the experience could be significantly better. Despite the issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.
