You have to walk approximately 5-10 to the breakfast place, and you have a 50NT$ coupon to use, if you order more than 50NT$ you will have to pay for the difference. The place is very well situated but the room was not clean… we get already used paper cups, one towels with a hole, the surface of the floor, the table, behind the bed etc... where very dusty … The tap of the bathroom worked quiet violently but it was still fine. Fortunately, the staff were very nice and very convenient. There is a nice travel agency if you don't know what to do, and a lot of places to rent car or scooter nearby (even if in my opinion it is better to rent car/scooter at the airport).
