Great location. In the old part of the city, near all attractions but quiet. Right next to the river. Nice family running place, cleaned room daily. Nothing fancy but clean and had everything needed. Will stay again.

Staff was extremely helpful and always fast to respond. Hotel was close to popular sights. It isn’t a traditional style hotel, though. The family lives upstairs and you rent a room from them with a private bath down stairs. The main issue we had was with the bathroom. The bathtub is extremely tiny, can’t even lay in it or extend your legs out while sitting. And there was no hot water. We had to boil pots of water and use a cup to bathe. Overall good central location but a bad choice longer visits.

We had no problems with this hotel, but we are not fussy travelers. The room was clean at first glance but upon closer inspection, it could have been cleaner (for example, the mini fridge could have been wiped out! and corners swept). Francesca was most helpful and friendly - she was awesome. The bed was fine and although there was no AC, the open window and fan made it quite comfortable. The location was good - walking distance to most attractions and restaurants, and close to Castelvecchio. The hotel backs onto the river, which is pretty.
