The villa is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views of Calpe, the sea, and the surrounding area. The outdoor space is lovely, and the pool is a great size for both priority.
The property would benefit from some maintenance and better beds.
The main issue we experienced was the condition of the pool. In several places, the grout between the pool tiles is missing, leaving sharp edges exposed. During our stay, this caused cuts to feet on multiple occasions, with some injuries resulting in bleeding. We believe this is a safety issue that should be addressed as a priority.
Aircondition would be nice for visits during summer.

Excellent view. Large pool. A lot of steps to the house. To reach the house you need your own car. If you are a keen exerciser then the location gives good possibilities to hike and walks. House inside; bathrooms renewed, kitchens OK, washing machine old.
