The location was great, convenient for everything. The renovated bathroom was nice as well, and the unit in general was spacious. There was a beach umbrella to borrow. The small balcony was a nice feature and I could take a chair out there and sit. Small washing machine and dry rack.

The fold out couch was very dirty once opened, it doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a while. There were minimal toiletries. There was no full length mirror. There are no bedside tables. There's no way more than 2 people could sleep here. For the price a few added touches would go a long way.

Emplacement idéal et accès très facile et organisé

Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine et un seul verre à vin. Et je pense que nous avons testé les pires canapé et fauteuil de tous nos séjours. Idem pour l’armoire buffet qui n’est pas entièrement fixée et montée.

The apartment is located right in the center of Cefalù, just a 5-minute walk from the cathedral and 5 minutes from the beach. It is a very spacious and bright apartment, perfect for 3 people – maximum 4. The kitchen is basically equipped and also includes some extras (olive oil, salt, pepper, etc.). A big advantage of this apartment is the two separate bathrooms. On the day of our arrival, there was water waiting for us in the fridge – a nice touch. The air conditioning worked very well. We didn’t use the TV, but there are televisions available in two rooms. Guests also have a beach umbrella at their disposal. The host provided clear instructions for check-in and key collection. Communication with the host was excellent.

The downside of staying in this apartment is the rather poor furnishing. There were no bedside tables or dressers in the bedroom, which meant we had to keep our phones and other small items on the floor. Two clothes racks (partly already occupied) were definitely not enough – there was no proper space to put backpacks, clothes, or even the remote control. There is a dresser in the living room, but it hasn’t been assembled yet. Perhaps it’s a work in progress. Similarly, in one of the bathrooms, apart from the fixtures, there wasn’t a single place to put clothes or toiletries. The hosts also require online check-in – this, of course, makes the procedure easier. However, personally, I’m not a fan of sending ID photos over the internet; I believe there should also be an alternative check-in option available.

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione. È abbastanza nuova, pulita e grande. il bagno più grande (che non è grande come in foto) ha però una doccia grande. L’aria condizionata funziona bene e il letto è abbastanza comodo.

La casa sembra da finire.::mancano tantissime cose, per esempio, un porta carta igienica e due comodini per la camera non credo che sia un problema aggiungerli. Il mobile non salotto è smontato (anche pericoloso per chi apre) in camera c’era una sedia rotta, e le indicazioni inviate dal gestore iper il Wi-Fi erano sbagliate. La cucina non è molto attrezzata, mancano tantissime cose, tra cui la macchina (o moka) per il caffè. La porta di casa chiude male, e mi domando se sia sicura. La cosa peggiore è stata la comunicazione. Non mi hanno mai risposto ai messaggi di richiesta d’aiuto. Ma se ci fosse stato qualcosa di grave? Il call center è attivo solo in alcune ore, ma il servizio via WA non funziona. Anzi funziona se ti devono scrivere loro per chiederti qualcosa che interessa loro. Le indicazioni per l’immondizia sono minime. Se si fa solo il weekend, non è chiaro quando e se si può buttare l’immondizia. L’ho chiesto ma non mi hanno risposto. Alla fine il calla center mi ha detto di lasciarla in casa. Mah!
