The host Amanda was outstanding. She helped me a lot with everything I needed, treated me very well, and was always kind. She definitely made my stay much more enjoyable. Thank you so much for all your support, Amanda. The security was very good, and the cleaning service was good as well.

The pool was a bit dirty when we arrived, so we had to request for it to be cleaned, and it took two days to look clean.

The location was perfect — conveniently nestled in the heart of Seminyak, it was easy to walk to shops, cafes, and attractions, yet quietly removed from the main streets for peaceful nights. The swimming pool was a definite highlight, especially for our toddler who enjoyed it thoroughly. The service was exceptional — Wawa and Melissa were always responsive, warm, and helpful with local tips. Melissa’s breakfasts were absolutely grand and gave us the best start to each day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

While the villa was very comfortable, a few upgrades could make the experience even better. Adding a smart TV would enhance in-room entertainment, and the outdoor furniture — especially the sun loungers could use some refreshing, as they appeared quite worn and dated.
