1. I had a flooded toilet. the bidet was leaking. was fixed after 2 nights stay.
2. my friend's room aircon is not cooling. was fixed after 1 night.
3. cold water dispenser not cooling. not fixed at all.
4. kitchen exhaust hood had no light. fixed after 1 night.

位置不错，闹中取静，出门餐饮 超市方便，距离机场也不远。有餐具和燃气，可以做一些简单的餐品，客房服务还是不错的，有问题及时响应。有桶装饮用水。
屋里有壁虎、小蚂蚁，可能是巴厘岛绿化率很高导致的，一楼的水压还可以，二楼的两个房间水压都不行。泳池有些小

Enjoyed our stay at villa Caitlyn. It’s a large villa with plenty of room for a small group. Rooms are comfortable and has a nice garden and pool area. Great for families or small groups. Clean villa and nice staff and a great pool area

It was just nice for 8 of us( 4adults n 4kids). Staff responded to our queries fast.
The homestay we book it was in a corner, you have to walk 20 to 30mins to the nearest Kmart, furthermore aft 7pm there won't be any light in e street it will be super dark u cant even walk to the store to get anything. Grab food also we had issues driver unable to locate the hse! And lastly the hse got big spiders, worms n alot of lizards!
