The property was very quick to respond to messages and there was no language barrier either. The staff are very friendly and the overall experience is very positive.
A couple of suggestions based on our stay in villa 17.
(i) The private pool could do with some form of a hand support for users to get into and out of the pool. The current design appears to assume that all users will jump into the pool.
(ii) A set of blinds for the living/dining area would be helpful for the area to be used in the morning since it is directly in the line of the morning sun.

Everything you need. Clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was fine came super hot. Reasonable choices.
I choose because the lounge was not open and had air con as well as in bedroom. Different to get head round the way you walk between living areas and bedroom but fairly normal for villas.
Nice pool. Lovely to have the privacy.
Round corner from supermarket and shops, 20 min walk to beach.

Pool size was great, the staff were friendly, bottled water provided along with a turndown service. Security guard at the entrance. Communication was easy. The location is about 25minute walk. You have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to a restaurant/ sports bar. Massage place about 10 minute walk nearby, circle K and laundry about 5 minute walk. I liked the traditional look of the villa. Very quiet area. Mattress felt old and very firm but did the job.
Food wasn’t the greatest, mould all in the bathroom and the shower smelt really bad. No microwave. Probably paid too much for how old and mouldy the villa was.
