Spacious flat huge t.v.

The flat was nice and spacious and very well appointed. Loved the huge TV in the living room. The from room was a great place to chill.

The double bed mattress was uncomfortable. The location of the flat was a bit seedy.

A wonderful stay

It's a lovely space. It was near my daughter and her family which was very important to us. We spent quality time with my granddaughter. The scaffolding in the garden was a bit of a surprise but luckily didn't affect us very much. Connecting our games console to the TV was very easy and made our granddaughter very happy. It's a very good family space.

Just the fact that we didn't know about the scaffolding but luckily my granddaughter liked playing games on the games console. We could have done with extra black bin bags and maybe a fan or two, but it didn't affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Lovely house. Attentive and pleasant host. Strategic location. Value for money.

Toilet and bath too small. Bath tub not convenient for us to climb into to shower, especially for my elderly mom who is 81. Preferred a proper shower cubicle Instead.

Excellent communication with host before and during. Well organized entry. Ultra clean and bright. Nice view of neighborhood and treesfrom front room. Excellent kitchen. Would rebook if returning.

Ideally located for our visit to the University and free oarking outside property

Very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed

On arrival there wasn’t any plugs in the sinks or bath but after contacting the owner this was resolved, also could do with a few more cooking utensils

Nice property comes with free parking. Suitable for family or those travel in group. Very clean and fully equipped facility. Perfect location for those visiting Colchester either for leisure or busibess trip. Close proximity to University of Essex is another plus point. Very generoys and accomodative host. Feel just like home while staying longer in Colchester

Large house with comfortable bedrooms, plenty of storage spaces, and a nice livingroom with huge TV. Shops are not too far. Host is the most caring one I ever had to deal with.

A great place as a base for visiting a university student.

Very clean and comfortable, great beds and recliners. The children loved getting cold water from the fridge!

Toilet and bathroom separate which wasn’t a huge issue but I prefer to have a sink so I can wash my hands straight away and it’s tricky if someone else is in the shower.

Le salon est spacieux, l'hébergement est proche de l'université. La chambre avec le lit double est plutôt grande par comparaison avec les chambres standards en Angleterre.

Comme proposé dans l'annonce nous avions demandé à rentrer dans le logement à 15h00. Notre demande a été automatiquement approuvé. Mais le jour J, aucune information sur le code d'accès. Nous nous sommes présentés à 16h00, toujours aucune réponse. Nous avons appelé et laissé des messages. Puis on nous a rappelé, en fait l'appartement n'était pas prêt. Nous sommes rentrés à 16h45. Tout semblait bien, sauf qu'en pratique un des lits simples avait été simplement refait, avec les draps sales (sans aucunes ambiguïtées possibles) ...

Tranquillo soggiorno a Colchester

La casa di George era stupenda, confortevole, ben tenuta e molto pulita. Siamo stati qui in occasione della cerimonia di laurea di mio fratello alla Uniessex e avevamo tutto quello di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno. C’è stato un piccolo problema con la Wi-Fi e George è venuto in breve tempo per risolverlo. Super disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere ai miei messaggi, consiglio vivamente la sua struttura.
