Location perfetta in pieno centro storico a meno di 200 m dal parcheggio a 3 euro al giorno e dalla piazza principale. Cucina completa per 2 persone va benissimo, il letto è comodissimo che oggigiorno è una rarità.
Con poche accortezze diventerebbe ottimo, però il frigorifero è molto rumoroso, manca la TV, e le cipolle della doccia sono da sostituire.

Posizione molto centrale, monolocale grande fortunatamente dotato di doppi vetri. Doccia ampia, pur sotto un arco. Difficoltà ad aprire il portoncino con la app superate con l'aiuto del proprietario sempre disponibile via whazzap.
Bisogna organizzarsi col la ZTL e il parcheggio pubblico, a 200m ma spesso saturo. Cucina funzionante a sufficienza, stoviglie appena sufficienti. La scelta di accogliere gli ospiti a distanza può essere "poco accogliente".

Mancava la tv, ma forse questo ha influito sul ridurre il prezzo
Qualche accessorio in più in cucina sarebbe stato comodo (piccole insalatiere, per es.)
