The property had everything included that we needed.
It was in a great location. Quiet and near Penneshaw for the ferry.

The cleanliness, compact size and all the crockery and cutlery and kitchen utensils, but I would add tongs to the drawer.i
I think that the info regarding the key and tv could be sent the day before as I use my tablet for email and couldn't access my account over there until we had been given the code. Also I believe that Booking.com should put the contact number on their confirmation form as I had printed that off but had to go back through a number of already seen emails to contact the host re the key

Loved the location and having my family including four dogs stay together was amazing. Was able to have value family time, the unit exceeded expectations for the size, great amenities and very good value for money

The ease of getting in and the communication from the owner. The bathroom and kitchen were well appointed and the place was clean with the exception on the cobwebs in the bottom left of the kitchen near the floor and cupboard. Loved the outdoor picnic table!
BEDS! Both beds were very uncomfortable and saggy. This would be the first thing I would replace as this is where most guests spend most of their time. The couch also was saggy. The bathroom door needs another coat of paint or to be replaced.
