The location was great for access to the Metro station and proximity to supermarkets and eateries .
As two female travellers we felt safe during the day and into the evening .
Clearer instructions on location of lockbox to get keys for apartment and accessibility to lock box , fortunately my sister was able to reach the box , however had I have been a lone traveller I could not have reached it .
Although we did not in any way feel threatened , I feel it is only fair to mention the “ladies “ that frequent the area at night .

Ver central location but still private, secure and quiet.
Check in was late and check out is very early. Also the cleaning fee seems very steep for the size of the property. Window above the entrance door does not close. Some electrical plugs as well as the toaster do not work.

Objekt je u prizemlju na odličnoj lokaciji po pitanju centra grada i blizine raznih sadržaja, znamenitosti, trgovina, kafića i slično. Ima manje više sve što je potrebno za prenoćiti nekoliko dana prilikom turističkog obilaska Pariza. Dočekalo nas nekoliko kapsula kave, čaj, voda i slično. Odličan brzi intenet.
Prilikom traženja objekta aplikacija nas je odvela na broj 226 umjesto 228, pa smo izgubili vrijeme na traženje pošto je malo nezgodno obzirom da su to sve prolazi u zgradama zatvoreni s ceste. Također iz nekog razloga nismo dobili upute oko pronalaska objekta i samih šifri za otvaranje glavnih vrata i boxa za ključeve, pa smo morali čekati dok nam se domaćin javi na upite o tome kroz poruke.

The location is great, apartment is cozy and safe.
Some minor things were a bit broken or did not work, for example the toster and tower dryer, but that didn’t bother us much.
