Emplacement excellent, à 3 minutes à pied de Circular Quay. Vu exceptionnelle depuis la piscine. Excellent hôtel.
Pour récupérer les clés, dommage que ce ne soit pas à la réception.

The location was good but up a very steep hill with steps. There is a lift in the foyer of hotel which goes down to the street below, however we didn't know about this until day we were leaving as there was no information folder in the apartment.
The TV had no TV channels only netfix and youtube, disappointing for us older folk. Joel did try to fix this problem and we did end up with one only TV channel. The heating symbols on the oven had been rubbed away so selecting cooking temperature was difficult, also the tray inside the oven was so badly burnt was unusable. Again an information folder would have been useful. Two lights needed replacement globes. The laundry drying rack was in pieces and unusable.
