Location was great, walking distance to all the main attractions. Spacious place.

Some minor points: 1. Air con was not working in the main bed room. 2.Dinning seat covers need replacement. 3. Garbages at the front get a bit overwhelmed at times.

As advertised the inside was clean tidy and comfortable
The advertised picture was not the property. The property was a row house and not in the hub of everything. Being elderly we had to Uber everywhere. She spelt the name of street wrong so Uber driver was looking for a street that didn’t exist. The exterior of property needed maintenance and there was nothing to identify the property as Waterview apartment 56. Put a sign up as it was one of many in a row. Also put the true picture of exterior up. The annoying thing to us was we expected to have an aprtment on the water as the picture in her advert showed so anything less was not acceptable.
