The location was superb! You can walk everywhere, whether you go to Opera house or walk by the new harbour. Metro on the doorstep too. Property itself was great, plenty of room and everything you need was there in the kitchen too.

It was super easy to check in, Nancy's communication was clear and simple. The house itself was wonderful. had all we needed for our short stay. Location was perfect.

The location was very convenient. Close to where we needed/wanted to go and the fit out was generally very good. Having the laundry is good for longer stays.

Unfortunately, the noise from people walking buy and neighbours was quite unbearable and made sleeping in the front room almost impossible. With so much effort put into the renovations, double glazing of the windows would have been worthwhile. While the second room was quieter, we couldn’t figure out how to open the window, let alone determine if the window could be opened. This was very unpleasant as we had no fresh air during the night. The room could also benefit from hooks or towel rail to dry towels. I’d suggest supplying wine glasses that can fit in the dishwasher and smaller coffee cups that fit in the Nespresso machine. The refrigerator has a reversible door and it would be far more convenient if the door opened on the right side and not the left as it does now. This is a very simple process and makes for much easier access. The rug in the living room appears quite soiled and would benefit from a steam clean. Multiple rubbish bins and rubbish out the front on the foot path during our entire stay. Looks like the locals don't care about the amenity of the area. As for the shower, there is no door, only a curtain. There is no where private to dry off as when you walk out of the shower, you're standing in the middle of the laundry. In addition, to access the toilet, you need to go through the laundry!
