Das Appartement liegt perfekt zwischen dem Hafen und der Engelsbucht. Es ist schön groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Das Bett war relativ bequem. In der Küche war alles was wir für unser Frühstück brauchen wenn auch sehr zusammen gestückelt. Es war auch echt sauber!
Das Appartement ist im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug ! Das Treppenhaus ist relativ dunkel und das Licht nicht arg lange an . Einen Handfeger habe ich vermisst um verstreuten Zucken aufzukehren.

Tout est bien expliqué sauf que lorsqu'on arrive à 23 h et qu'il faut visualiser des photos via un lien, pas simple.
Je n'ai pas fait de photos pour l'état des lieux car pour moi, tout me semblait impeccable. Une fenêtre ne fermait pas et je ne l'ai pas signalé. Il aurait fallu mais bon, ma caution m'a enfin été remise...

Large, quiet, spacious studio with all you need. Location is so convenient, right by Port Lympia and Old Nice. Has all the amenities - Free WiFi, washing machine, etc etc. you need an electric kettle.
Room is on the 3rd floor with no lift (I had a massive heavy suitcase and a bad back, so not fun). It’s also an old building and the halls have an odd unwelcoming orangish colour. Inside the apartment is fine, but the hallways look like an old hostel. Pipes make noises.
