Me encantó que está súper céntrico, tienen áreas comunes que ayudan mucho durante la estadía, simplemente volvería a hospedarme nuevamente.

Zentral gelegen, an der Straße, aber trotzdem ruhig, da kein Fenster zur Straße, Strand nicht weit entfernt/ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand im Zentrum, viele Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Bankomaten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca. 5 Minuten zur Busstation von Eppos, Küchenbenutzung

i wish i had only paid 1 night - one of these places that get full payment upfront. I would have left immediately after 1 night otherwise. right in the centre of town (which means noisy, hectic), next to supermarket, and many cafes, restos, and easy walk to beachside area - but there are much better cafes etc towards the beach building is fairly simple, and holds the heat - while this Jul-Aug is a bit warmer than usual, it would be same as summer. no airflow through the building. sweltering even when trying to sit in a common space. unbelievably hot to try to sleep.

dorm is right on the street - so traffic rumbling and honking is certain all day and night - plus people want to close the windows so inside is about 10C higher than outside temp. have you ever been in a dorm where 1 guest has a dog (non-service) that barks/growls defensively when anyone else moves? trying to sleep felt so much hotter - then i checked sheet label - 100% polyester! - like sleeping on a plastic bag - putting the towel on top was a bit of relief. i saw inside some of the private rooms when open: only opening window is to the internal walkway - must be equally hot and uncomfortable. i also saw them trying to find some comfort in the mainly airless common space. because of the heat and airless, and lack of comfort, i just had to spend day time and evenings in cafes/restos with breeze. pool has no relaxing space or seats - seems to be really there for diving instruction. tiled benches aren't seats. don't stay here - look for a place between main road and beach - many tucked away with pool and shaded relaxing space. cheap example skinny gringo hostel - no great reviews, but the physical setup and location is so much better. plus a whole range of other options with better location and facilities. other i saw in central area (off main road) with courtyard pools incl paraiso, pachamama.
