虎屋別館

El lugar es muy bonito y la ubicación a los pies del templo estupenda. Una experiencia el poder alojarte en un Ryokan tan bien cuidado. Todo el staff encantador.

Me parecieron terriblemente finos los futones, dormíamos casi literalmente sobre el tatami. En Kanazawa estuvimos también en un Mintsugu pero nada que ver, los futones tenían un mayor grosor. Lástima que aquí sean tan finos por que realmente es como dormir en el suelo. Personalmente me resultó caro , relación calidad precio, aunque lo dicho el alojamiento es precioso y la ubicación excelente.

Wunderschöner Ryokan aus der Edo-Zeit mit stillvoller Einrichtung und grosszügigen Zimmern. Eine der schönsten, wenn nicht die schönste Unterkunft, die wir in unserer über 25-jährigen Reiseerfahrung weltweit hatten. Dazu ein tolles, hilfsbereites und sehr proffessionelles Team. Am morgen gibt es zudem ein fantastisches Frühstück im angeschlossenen Café, wo es auch die Möglichkeit gibt Abend zu essen. Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass nur ein Zimmer (im Untergeschoss) über privates Bad/Toilette verfügt. Die Zimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen über geschlechtergetrennte Gemeinschaftsbäder/ -toiletten. Bei Booking.com wird das m.E. widersprüchlich angezeigt und kann zu Missverständnissen führen.

The staff was soooo helpful and super kind. The room very big, well decorated and beautiful.

Their isn't much to do in kotohira so spend 2 nights over their was alright. More will not be a good idea. The café where you have breakfast is not very "innovative". Breakfast was small (I ate after) and the food choice for dinner is not very attractive. I went to izakaya which was way better.

Authentic, historical, old style ryokan in a fantastic location with convenient parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotless rooms with fantastic modern and clean shared bathrooms

We liked it all but thought that more could be done with the common area so that it matched the style and feel of the rest of the property. We were the only guests when we were there but imagine it can be a bit noisy if full.
