Good location, great breakfast.
The hot spring is not impressive, just very ordinary.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Comfortable room and excellent spa. Also found the free laundry very useful.

Nice that there was a hot spring facility, pretty central location.
Hot spring facilites were a bit small, especially the outdoor portion which could only fit 2-3 people max. The staff were also generally really unfriendly most of the time, which was really disappointing, considering the price of the hotel. For example, they seemed very unwilling and bothered when we told them we wanted to store our luggage with them after we checked out.
