The position of the location is kind of easy to reach and nice, near the beach... The view from the balcony is great.
The overall feel of the location is unfinished, treated without care and no investments.The houses nearby are like from zombie land. It's ok to have 2 toilets, for 6, somehow it may work, but 1 shower is not enough. The hot water works with the boiler only if you stop the AC. No white sheets. The overall cleanliness is not ok.
