The location, the modern design of the room and the appliances (espresso machine, kettle, wine glasses), the huge shower, good sound proofing from the street (there was a street party the weekend we stayed and we didn’t hear a thing), easy communication with the owner. Great value for money.

At night, not being able to shade the light coming from the outside corridor through the bathroom window and the semi transparent part of wall separating between the room and bathroom. Also the constant (probably automatic) msgs we received about 250euro fine if one damaged the toilet pump. For us one was enough as the same msg is written boldly above the toilet itself. Would had appreciated some cutlery, or at least spoons.

Etwas laute Umgebung bei offenem Fenster, Blick auf einen eher fragwürdigen Innenhof, Mülleimer in der Toilette wurde nie ausgewechselt bzw war kein zweiter Müllsack vorhanden (bei Verbot das Toilettenpapier in die Toilette zu werfen eher unvorteilhaft…)

Hetgeen ons ENORM stoorde was het geluid van de installatie wanneer men in de kamer naast ons water gebruikte. Hierdoor werden we tot 3 nachten op rij ´s nachts wakker omdat onze buren ´s nachts in hun kamer kwamen en een uitgebreide douche namen. Alsof dit nog niet genoeg overlast was, had men erg luidruchtige seks. Het licht in de gang werkte niet op met een timer waardoor het via het badkamerraampje in de slaapkamer scheen. Ook dit was storend omdat we graag in een donkere ruimte slapen.
