Modern apartment, it's pretty well furnished. The location is by far the defining feature of this property.
1. There's little to no sound insulation. It's expected to hear noise from the street but you can hear every single sound from the adjacent apartments. People closing drawers as well as the main entrance door closing. It's highly disruptive and the worst thing for us
2. There is a permanent smell from the bathroom drains, coming from the building. You need to close the bathroom door at all times and it's just a horrible stench
3. Depending on the room you choose, you may or may not get a direct view of the Parthenon. Ours was through a gate on the balcony. Not a negative but noting here

Apartment was very modern and clean. The view was also amazing, we only stayed for 1 night but wish we could have stayed longer. Host was very friendly and communicative as well as flexible with check in
