Communication prior to our stay was very good and friendly. Location was beautiful and the house was very pretty and spacious, exactly as described and per the photos
There appeared to be a lot of bugs in the house on arrival. The stove centre burner does not work at all, and the others were not great either (took approx. 45 minutes for a pot of water to boil). The vacuum was not in great working order. Be sure to take your own bin bags as these are also not provided.

The house was modern and quite well-equipped, with everything working well. However, it would not seem quite so well-equipped if we had actually had 11 people staying there (for example, the dining table sat 6, which was good for us, but would not be so good for a bigger group)
Parking was a little problematic, given we did not have access to the garage, and there is not otherwise a lot of space for cars to park out the front. We had 3 cars (not unreasonable for 6 adults, especially given some of us came from interstate) and there was only just enough room for them to park
