Amazing private pool and lounge area. Very peaceful. Surrounded by beautiful nature. Staff were all very friendly, supportive, and responsive.

Breakfast wasn’t adequate for us, but we didn’t mind paying for higher quality breakfast at the connected cafe. No fault to the owners, but we consistently found fresh rat poop in the bathroom and bedroom. We even saw them jumping on tables to get food scraps even though we were only feet away. However, the staff would quickly clean after them upon request, so we really appreciated that.

Our stay at Daruma Villa for our honeymoon was nothing short of a fairy tale. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with the most beautiful honeymoon decorations — rose petals, single roses on the bed, swan-shaped towels arranged in a heart, and even a bathtub decorated with “I ❤️ you” in flowers. It instantly felt magical. We enjoyed a floating breakfast surrounded by gorgeous flower petals, and the food was incredible. The smoothie bowls, smoothies, and fresh juices were our absolute favourites (though everything we tried was delicious!). The villa itself was kept spotless — every time we returned from an activity, it felt like we were stepping into a brand-new room again. The staff were beyond amazing: so friendly, courteous, and respectful. They made sure our every need was met quickly and with genuine kindness. Even our laundry was done beautifully, neatly folded and returned in no time. Relaxing by the pool and lounging on the daybeds was a dream, especially with the serene jungle views. The view from the bed and the massive hot tub (big enough for both of us with plenty of space — my husband joked you could almost swim in it!) made everything even more special. We also loved the thoughtful touches, like the robes provided, which we wore while sipping Bintang and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The villa is in the perfect location for a truly quiet and relaxing escape. This was the most magical experience and the perfect place for our honeymoon. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing — it felt like a dream come true. Thank you so much, Daruma Villa, for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

It’s very private and secluded. Only 3 bungalows Great Ac, supper comfy bed and sheets. Beautiful bathroom and private pool. Very serene Friendly staff Nice lil cafe by entrance Great coffee and cappuccino Food was great A but far from Ubud and tough to get a ride: taxi

Laundry service took a while. Need to confirm things a few times. Language barrier.

La villa est magnifique. Beaucoup de végétation ( et finalement très peu de lézards ou d’insectes. ) la piscine est propre. La chambre est grande, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le personnel est au petit soin et ils m’ont même Préparé un cadeau pour mon anniversaire ! C’est adorable.

L’emplacement… hélas si vous souhaitez aller manger quelque part il faut prendre la taxi ou commander…
