The view from the window is absolutely stunning, the location is perfect, and the apartment is beautifully renovated. Everything exceeded our expectations — it’s a pleasure to stay in such a thoughtfully designed space. Communication with the host was excellent, with responses coming within minutes.
My only regret is that I couldn’t stay in this wonderful place forever — I truly wish I could call it home.

Prachtig uitzicht. Gezellig ingericht met droogbloemen en accessoires, waardoor geen kaal verhuur gevoel. Veel handdoeken aanwezig, in alles net even meer dan gemiddeld bij verhuur. Veilig gevoel door 24 uur aanwezige bewaking. Supersnelle liften, nooit lang wachten.
In voorjaar/zomer nauwelijks zon op overdekte balkon. In de zomer bij hitte waarschijnlijk fijn, maar in voorjaar meestal extra laag kleding nodig, ook omdat door de 130 meter hoogte er altijd wel wat wind staat. Riool lucht in badkamers ( raampje open houden). Bedden voor Nederlanders te klein: 190 bij 150 niet van deze tijd, comfort prima.

Het appartement is gelegen op de de 31e verdieping van de Intempo, met uitzicht naar zowel de kust als het binnenland van Benidorm Poniente. Het complex is afgesloten en 24/24 beveiligd door een portier. Veel faciliteiten: spa, gym, garage etc. Kwaliteit van de afwerking erg hoog, prachtige loggia waardoor je ook uit de zon buiten kunt zitten. Je beleeft de hele omgeving vanuit je private space.
