Beautiful building, the apartment was lovely. Loved the balcony, it was massive and such a lovely space to chill. Great kitchen facilities, beds were really comfy, shower lovely and hot with great pressure. It was fairly clean but not spotless, few long hairs around the place and there was a dirty cup in the sink with lipstick marks. Overall really loved it. The pool area was fabulous, not many loungers but it was very quiet, we never had a problem getting one. Also loved the indoor pool area, the jacuzzis were great but could have done with some shade up there, we couldnt stay long because of this. The bar was very low on options for drinks and food, the service wasnt good, it genuinely was like they never served drinks before. Fine for an afternoon drink but we didnt spend long there. Liked it was non smoking apart from one area. Security staff were all very good, recognised us and buzzed us in, very helpful. I feel the apartment could have done with an info booklet or a link to info sent by text - just information about the building - opening hours of the pool/bar, what floors everything was on things like that, facilities available. The location is ok but its a bit of a walk, more than I anticipated to be in the middle of things or for restaurant options. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Wonderful hot water in shower. The bed and the furniture was very comfortable. The staff in the building were extremely helpful and courteous. And the views from the apartment were spectacular!

When we arrived there was a most dreadful smell that lasted for about 36 hrs. Roxanna the host explained that the heavy rains the day before had caused a problem with the drains. A major problem for us was the TV as it only played Spanish programmes no BBC/ITV and not even CNN available.Roxanna arranged for a man to get a fix of sorts so we did have limited YouTube and despite using my own Amazon Prime Account most programmes played either in Spanish or were “not available in the region” ( with my account ). Had we known this we would not have booked the apartment because, as English “seniors” we are out all day but we enjoy early nights in watching TV. We feel the “Spanish TV only”should be clarified in the apartment details. Also the lack of a supermarket nearby was a drawback. The location is very hilly and would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
