Great location, perfect sized apartment for two people

Bit noisy from the road outside in the morning but not a problem for us.

Wonderful beach apartment! The place was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight was the huge balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast or unwinding in the evenings. The location was excellent—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out seamless. Highly recommended for a comfortable beach getaway!

We had an exceptional stay at this flat in Protaras. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and was absolutely spotless – cleaner than many hotels we’ve stayed in. Every detail was perfectly taken care of, from the fresh smell upon arrival to the immaculate kitchen, bathroom, and linens. It felt welcoming, well looked after, and truly hygienic, which gave us great peace of mind. The bed was extremely comfortable, adding to the sense of relaxation. A special highlight is the unique, spacious veranda – the only one of its kind in the complex – with a lovely view and plenty of room to enjoy meals or simply relax. We made excellent use of it throughout our stay. The location is excellent: just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the country, very close to all services, yet pleasantly away from the noise and chaos. Parking was always easy, and while the apartment itself is the star, it’s worth noting that the host was available on WhatsApp 24/7, which was very convenient. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay!
