The apartment is in a great location, very close to the sea, with a nice partial sea view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of the town center and several beautiful beaches.
The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner/agency was excellent—they were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.
The only downside was the extra bed, which was very soft and not comfortable for an adult. In our opinion, it is more suitable for young children.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious. It was located very close to Fig Tree Bay Beach and just a short distance from the center of Protaras. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was clean and well maintained. The complex also had a swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The price was excellent for what it offered. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sehr schönes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders praktisch ist die Waschmaschine.
Einziger Nachteil:
Die Dusche funktioniert nicht optimal, da sich die Wassertemperatur nur schwer einstellen lässt.

Beutiful view, top floor, nice flat, near to the center of Protaras, next to bus stop, no bar noise (note: in April).
The road in front of the flat is amazingly buzy.
